David Henderson


Director

David commenced work in the construction industry as a teenager and has over thirty years experience in construction and related industries in a variety of fields including tunneling, heavy concrete, earthworks and remediation.
He has worked all over Australia and gained a wealth of experience in human resource management as a Supervisor to some of Australia’s largest construction companies.
His principles and work ethic are the foundation stones on which the company rests; a culture of working together as a team to get the job done. Dave overseas all field operations to ensure that clear lines of communication and support are maintained both internally and externally in order to meet project milestones in a safe and productive manner.

Wayne Woodward


General manager

After graduating from Wollongong University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons), Wayne has spent the last fifteen years in the Civil Contracting and Remediation Industry. During this time he has gained experience on a variety of projects including remediation, refinery, rail, aviation, road and general civil works.
Wayne's experience has spanned work with small family owned companies to some of the biggest names in the business including Thiess, Leightons and Thiess Services on projects ranging from less than $1 million to over $3 billion. He has experience throughout Australia, including Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia.
As General Manager he is committed to growing the company through its integrated management system and positive client relationships.
